A DEED OF PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST executed on this 28th day of November 2020, by Dr. Mr. RAMESH MAHADEV, Who has a desire to establish a Public Trust to carry out the charitable activities to render Legal Aid Services to the really deserving and needy people and which also includes all type of living being, free of cost irrespective of caste, creed, colour or religion, for promotion of peace and human understanding and has decided to constitute a Public Charitable Trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882;

This foundation firmly believes that legal aid to the really deserved, poor and marginalized members of the society is thus seen as an instrument to empower the disadvantaged sections to use the power of the law to advance their rights and interests as citizens in the realization of Justice.

Dr. RAMESH MAHADEV, L.L.M, Ph.D. (LAW), HIGH COURT ADVOCATE | FOUNDER | FORMER ASST. COMMISSIONER He has done Post-Graduation in LAW (L.L.M - Intellectual Property Rights and International Trade Laws) from the Indian Law Institute (ILI), NEW DELHI and DOCTORATE in LAW (Ph.D.) - International Trade Laws from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), HYDRABAD which are India's Top Most Institutions in the subject of LAW. Further, He has successfully qualified SLET, NET and JRF for LECTURESHIP / PROFESSORSHIP Exams in the Subject of LAW (National Level Fellowship including UGC FELLOW SCHOLARSHIPS). He has written many articles which are published in Many National / International Law Journals. Also had an Experience as an Advocate in Hon'ble High Court of Madras and Supreme Court of India for more than 7 Years.... He had also been in govt. service as a DISTRICT LEVEL OFFICER (Group I - ASST. COMMISSIONER - DISTRICT LEVEL SERVICE) for a period of MORETHAN 5 1/2 years in the districts of Pudukkottai and Nagapattinam, H.R.&C.E. (ADMN) Department, Govt. Of Tamil Nadu. Then, he resigned his govt. service and constituted independent law office in Madurai and also started a Legal Aid Foundation (NGO) called as VAANAMAE ELLAI (A Movement for Justice through Legal Aid) (வாயில்லா, வழியில்லா உயிர்களின் நீதிக்கான சட்ட உதவி இயக்கம்) based in Madurai. He firmly believes that the legal aid is an instrument to the really deserved and needy people (includes all type of living being) to empower their rights and interests in the realization of Justice.
